She now runs her own successful HR consultancy, specialising in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with a wide range of people-related matters, from employee engagement to wellbeing strategies.
Sue has an instinctive ability to identify the real issues in challenging people situations. She is passionate about helping organisations get the very best from their employees and regularly coaches managers and leaders to increase their effectiveness.
Drawing on her extensive expertise in employee engagement and workplace wellbeing, Sue frequently delivers training to line managers, focusing on how they can positively influence team motivation and align staff with organisational objectives.
She is also called upon to assist businesses in situations involving sickness absence, stress-related issues, or other health-related concerns, offering practical strategies to improve both individual wellbeing and overall performance.

Sue has a love of music and was Musical Director for a large choir for many years. She also enjoys swimming and bodyboarding in Cornwall, making the most of the coast whenever she can.
