  • Pelvic pain

More about Helen:

Helen has worked in the public healthcare system for 10 years and has gained extensive experience in that time, including outpatient and orthopaedic clinics. She also has worked in a maternity hospital and in women’s health services.


Her primary interests are in musculoskeletal issues and pelvic health for women.

She is also a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner (post-birth Physiotherapy care) and an APPI Pilates instructor.

She is passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals and gain optimal rehabilitation.


Outside of work, Helen is keen on Pilates, yoga and surfing. She loves to travel and plans to add more destinations to the growing list.
