Poppy is passionate about sport and rehabilitating people back to their full function in their sport as quickly as possible to enhance performance Her special interest is in shoulder injuries.

Poppy was born in Carshalton Surrey and went to school in Malvern Worcestershire, she has always had a keen interest in sports of all kinds which led her towards the Physiotherapy profession.
Poppy graduated from University of Plymouth in 2013 with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Health Professions Council (HPC) and registered Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP)
After graduating Poppy decided she wanted adventure and worked in in Ghana as part of the medial team for a premiership football club.
Her passion for treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal skeletal injuries was fuelled by her experience in Africa and Poppy returned to the UK, the West Country, working in primary care Physiotherapy treating back, neck pain and a variety of sports injuries within a national physiotherapy musculoskeletal company. Her progression within this clinical environment resulted in her being promoted to managing 5 separate clinics based in Plymouth and across Cornwall.
Poppy continued to further her professional skills during this time and gained qualifications in sports massage, manipulation and dry needling.
Her passion for sports injury meant she became lead physiotherapist at Plymouth Rugby Club for 2 years providing fitness education, treating pitch side and in the club’s clinic.
Poppy moved from Cornwall to work in private clinics across Gloucestershire and Bristol and joined The House Clinics full time in September 2016.
A committed member of City of Bristol Rowing club trains four times a week on the Bristol Harbour. which has become her main sport, alongside running, cycling and tennis.
To relax in her spare time she enjoys eating, cooking and new world wines . Having already experienced Africa, and South America, Poppy has her eye on Indonesia.
